Noise-induced hearing loss is permanent and develops without pain. This course explains when noise becomes dangerous, how to choose and wear hearing protectors, and why they must be worn for the entire exposure.

What the law says

In Quebec, the ROHS sets noise exposure limits and requires employers to reduce noise at the source and provide hearing protectors; CSA Z94.2 governs their selection and care.
