Psychological or sexual harassment harms people, teams and the work climate. This course helps everyone recognize what is and is not harassment, respond when they witness or experience it, and know their employer’s policy.

What the law says

In Quebec, the Act respecting labour standards requires employers to prevent psychological harassment, including sexual harassment, and to adopt a policy (s. 81.19); the AOHS also covers psychosocial risks. Elsewhere in Canada, we adapt the course to your province’s law.
